Description Of BYGrid-160CF S 160g 20mm Soft Carbon Fiber Grid

Soft Carbon Fiber Mesh Product Description: Carbon Fiber Soft Mesh is a flexible mesh material woven from high-strength carbon fiber filaments, combining lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance. Its unique weave structure gives the material excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for applications involving dynamic loads and complex curved surfaces.

Advantages of rigid carbon fiber mesh products

Ultra-light and high-strength

Density is only 1.6-1.8g/cm³, tensile strength ≥3,500MPa, and the strength-to-weight ratio is better than traditional metal mesh;

Flexible and plastic

Supports ±90° bending deformation, can fit irregular surfaces (such as pipes, curved structures) without permanent deformation.

Environmental tolerance

Acid and alkali resistant, UV aging resistant, operating temperature range -60℃ to +300℃ (some models can be expanded to +500℃).

Convenient construction

Easy to cut and operate, excellent construction performance, and two-way preforming doubles the engineering efficiency;

Functional scalabilit

Optional conductive/insulating coating, flame retardant treatment (compliant with UL94 V0 standards) or surface friction-enhancing texture

Main Application Area: Construction and Infrastructure

Reinforcement and Reconstruction: Floor slab flexural reinforcement, bridge deck flexural reinforcement, column reinforcement, wall pier reinforcement, slope stabilization and reinforcement, tunnel reinforcement, and reinforcement of curved structures.
New Construction: New column reinforcement, new wall reinforcement, etc.
Precast Components: Precast insulated wall panels, precast building panels, double-T beams, and other precast products.
