  What are your payment terms?

  100% advance wire transfer. If your order is greater than or equal to 10,000 USD, a 50% advance wire transfer is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

  Can I visit our factory?

  We have factories in both Zhejiang and Guangdong Province. We welcome you to visit and will arrange airport pickup.

• 

  Do you have a minimum order quantity for your products?

  For products we have in stock, the minimum order quantity is one piece. For re-production products, the minimum order quantity is 200-500 square meters. Please contact customer service for details.

  Can I print my logo on the carton?

  Yes, please confirm with us and send us your logo before production.

• 

  What information do customers need to provide for custom product confirmation?

  Customers are required to provide specific product parameters, performance indicators, and specifications. If possible, please also provide detailed information such as drawings. Our engineers will match the appropriate raw materials based on the product requirements and conduct sample testing.

  What is the delivery time?

  Samples generally take 1-5 days, and mass production takes 7-15 days. The specific time depends on the product model you require.

  Can you provide me with a sample?

  Yes, we welcome sample orders for testing and quality inspection. Mixed samples are acceptable.
